This area provides awesome views of the Teton Mountains as well as great views of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort area. The townhomes all have 1 car garages with extra parking available. This development surrounds a large park area with a playground so guests and tenants have lots of room for outdoor entertainment. Sorry no pets are permitted in the rental units.
Rimrock "A" Townhome is a NON-Smoking unit that opens with hardwood floors at the entry, they run though the kitchen around to the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with any appliance that you may need. through the back hallway you will find plenty of storage space, a washer & dryer and a full bathroom. The living area is carpeted and contains comfortable couches (one being a sofa sleeper), 2 recliners, a TV/VCR/DVD and stereo. There is also a beautiful white rock fireplace in the living room. The dining area table is very nice and seats 6 guests. The back patio has patio furniture and contains a small creek that runs through the yard.
Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs, which is fully carpeted. The first bedroom contains a queen size bed, a TV/VCR/DVD and a full bathroom that has access to the sauna. The master bedroom has a rock fireplace mantle with a wood stove, a King size bed, a TV/VCR/DVD a private bathroom with access to the sauna, a private balcony that has amazing views ofthe Tetons. There is also an office area with a desk, chair, internet access and Teton views.
The loft is accessed by a ladder which is at the top of stairs. This room has 2 twins and a queen bed. There are also very nice views of the Teton Mountains from this room.
